This is what I usually do
I start slow and try to get the pronunciations of each syllable right while the music is playing in the background before attempting to rap faster. It takes time yeah but I never take a whole day unless the rap is hella fast and you start to mumble words out lol

My fastest rap I could do is from one of iKON's songs which is "Dive" I think?
Or it could be Akali's rap from K/DA "More"?
