What movie has the least to do with its respective franchise?

For example, Superman III is just a Richard Pryor comedy that Superman happens to also be in. (Probably. From what I’ve heard. I will never watch it.)

Also, Batman Returns is a Danny DeVito and Christopher Walken buddy comedy that Batman is in 30 minutes of.

There's a few Japanese godzilla movies that are kinda like this where it was obviously an existing script that godzilla was shoved into after it was written

So I hear, Troll 3–which I haven’t seen but I know it’s completely unrelated to Troll and Troll 2 (not that those are particularly related to each other either) and just called it Troll 3 as a marketing strategy when in reality it’s called The Crawlers

I’d also like to point out that Penguin is unambiguously the protagonist and that original character Max Shreck (Yep) is the co-lead.
