Its an Italian Comedy based in Roma and Sicily
The main charachter is 30 y old guy who is an absolut a**hole always trashing others people ( The whole humour of this movie is based on that ). He is a taxi driver in Roma.
The incinting incident is when his sister gets back in touch with him after years cuz she needs someone to look after her parents in Sicily while she is in vacations.
This movie is full of humour and italians expressions so its perfect to learn the language.
