I need advice for starting a Filmmaking Club

I want to start a filmmaking club at my high school, and I know how to fill out the forms needed, only thing I would need is a teacher on board.
But here's the main issue. I don't really know how other filmmaking clubs work, or what to do for meetings. This would be the first time I've run a club myself. If you guys have any advice, please let me know.

I would have loved to join a club like that, sadly my university only has a few ones, and most of those aren't even good.
