Any channel specializing in video essays are especially geared towards filmmaking, but are using those skills for top notch quality youtube videos that even surpass entire productions sometimes.

Some that come to mind recently are LeMiNo and EmpLemon. The way they structure and edit together information, and tie it to their visuals, are impressive.
