My top 4 are Barry Lyndon, Army of Shadows, Rocco and His Brothers, and Stalker, which are all very beautiful films, so are a good number of other films by the same directors.
Apart from them, Bernardo Bertrolucci's work like The Conformist or the lesser-known The Spider's Stratagem.
The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover has one of the most unique looks I've ever seen.
I feel emotional whenever I think of the great War and Peace series by Sergei Bondarchuk, some great visuals there too.
Once Upon a Time in America, The Fall, Kung Fury and Landscape in the Mist are others worth mentioning
