I finally saw this movie and honestly at the end of it my reaction wasâŠitâs okay. Definitely has big issues, but not the dumpster fire the internet makes it seem
Iâm not going to sing my praisesâŠthereâs a lot of problems with this movie, from its nonsensical attempts at explaining the Multiverse, Ezra Miller getting a little too carried away, the goofy ass opening and the problematic CGI, particularly with its questionable usage for the cameos.
But, I kind of had fun with it a bit, and thereâs a pretty good emotional follow-through with the story.
However thatâs pretty much it when it comes to general positivityâŠotherwise it felt like just another average superhero movie.
The only other thing I will say is that the Batman stuff was relatively well-handled. I think Andy Muschietti might actually be good for Brave and the Bold, especially if itâs meant to feature a more action-oriented old-school style Batman.
