The main thing about this movie is about a boss who works at a very technologically advanced (for the time) desk that has a tv that rises from it which he uses to communicate with his employees. He looks for a double to take over his job, which he finds, but the new guy is a bit of a clumbsy idiot. I remember but one scene:
At some point, the double raises the tv and communicates with the employees and says something along the line of "Umm allright, raise your heads. Good, now lower it, raise it again, lower it...and now, back to work!"
The main character, the boss, has a name that sounds like Bruno Cobb, and the double has a name that sounds like Hans Himmer (not Himler). Its all i can remember.
