This film got me into art, it doesn't fully tick the boxes you are looking for but there are interesting art inspired conversations through it.
Bowie costars in this biopic about painter Jean-Michel Basquiat (Jeffrey Wright), playing the artist's friend and collaborator Andy Warhol in a performance widely hailed as the definitive onscreen incarnation of Warhol.

Not sure if this will help or not
Portrait of a Lady on Fire gave me an incredible moment. minor spoiler of the very beginning: ||when youre told the starting plot of the movie, that she wont sit for a portrait so they need someone to paint her face from memory, the next scene when you first see her, i found myself studying her face like how an artist must, which i have never done before. i have never paid so close attention to the details of a face as i did while pretending i had to paint it from memory. ||
i guess this isnt what youre asking for, but Barry Lyndon also changed the way i see paintings from then on
in fashion, lots of movies are credited for trends. Saturday Night Fever supposedly popularized disco. Flashdance had those 80s off the shoulder sweaters and leg warmers. Ray-Ban's paid 50k to be in Risky Business and sales skyrocketed (supposed 100x increase in sales)
Toy Story 2 caused a 20% increase in sales of Etch-a-Sketch
