Unseen Pattern

Does anyone know what the pattern is? For hours I've been searching but the pattern doesn't show up. I've been finding the total product, total sum, adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and nothing seems to work. All I know is that there is a pattern and every square has the same pattern, that means by knowing the pattern of 1 square is enough to solve the other. The difficulty arises when trying to ind the pattern but doesn't seem to have one, every pattern seems to break. Does anyone can help?

well from the first grid to the second, the first row is adding 3

the second row is subtracting 3

then from the second grid to the third grid

the first row first column (i.e 25) is (3 * 9) - 2

and the first row and second column (i.e 38) is (4*9)+2

maybe try finding a pattern within the non-patterns
