hey, im trying to get into quantitative finance and im just average at math, so i wanted to start by learning math basics. ive now watched the essence of calculus playlist by 3blue1brown and i would like to test my skills with some exercises. what are good places to look for that and are there any solid AIs for help with math or generating exercises? (im not looking for interactive tasks or anything, just some basic exercises)

I find it helps to skim through some textbooks and go through some of the exercises for a review. I used the OpenStax textbooks: https://openstax.org/details/books/calculus-volume-1Odd . Odd numbered exercises should have answers but not all will include solutions

I'm sure you can find some more challenging textbooks since these are introductory but the series I sent are all free

stewart calculus is a cornerstone book and has good exercises, and you may be able to find answers for the exercises
by my analysis, math AIs are not good enough to solve every single calculus problem yet, although they are approaching this ability. it's better to not trust them with solving any problems, or coming up with them (what if they ask you to prove something that isn't true?)
also, consider a "math for quantitive finance" book to guide you (could ask in #book-recommendations)
