i recommend Rosen's Elementary Number Theory as a good start

#

from there, you can try these three books personally
Introduction to Analytic Number Theory by Tom M. Apostol
Modular Functions and Dirichlet Series in Number Theory by Tom M. Apostol
Algebraic Number Theory by Frazer Jarvis

(btw, asking for resources is generally better in #book-recommendations)
