hey so -4, -1, -1, 3, 3, and 6 for the x values
but i just cant get the answer for the 3 problems
i get -4<x<-1 for the first one but this website isnt allowing any equal signs
so nto sure why im doing wrong

The answer format would be if -4<=x<=-1. Take note that the empty circles symbolize "less than", not "...and equal to".

You model <= as [, and < as (. So the first one is [-4, -1].
The parentheses and brackets are wrong. Open circle parenthesis, and closed is bracket.
