zeros are basically x intercepts, and multiplicity is like the exponent @limber sun
so for like (x-2)^2 the multiplicity would be 2
for that phrase
holes are points of the function that are undefined and are therefore "holes" in the graph
horizontal and slant asymptotes depend on the degree of the function

Start by factorising...
$f(x) = \frac{x(2x+3)(x-5)}{3x^2-11x-20} = \frac{x(2x+3)(x-5)}{(3x+4)(x-5)}$
You can now identify the problems you have for te domain, where the denominator is zero.
