So far for the graph I've gotten the vertex and the two points it crosses at

those being vertex (-1,7) and the two points are (-2.5,0) and (0.5,0)

i've tried using the formula f(x)=a(x-h)^2+k

but all the equations I've come up with are wrong

any help would be appreciated
