basically I need to make a model that solves this:

when v(t) is not squared the answer is:

I need to be able to essentially plug in the initial mass of a rocket and the final mass of a rocket (no fuel) and some air resistance data and gravity, the flow rate of fuel, and the final (maximum delta V) should be the answer.
