for (1) and (2), you can find 4x/3 - 3 as like your teacher wrote, there are " no restrictions"
for (3), sqrt(x) is only defined for x>=0
so in 3, you had sqrt(-y + 9), using what i said earlier, -y + 9 >= 0 and solve for y
in (4), denominators cannot be 0 since you cant divide by 0
