Hihi! I'm trying to find the volume of solid of revolution for a cardioid and this is what I found online but I cant find the derivation for it, so can someone show how you'd derive this?
Ahh you do an integral in spherical coordinates,

And similar for y-axis but 90 degree rotated so cos instead of sin,
