yeah i believe P<->R. If P is true which means if tomorrow is sunny then R must be true as if it is sunny we will go on the beach. If R is true, which means we went to the beach, the P must be true as we will only go to the beach if it is sunny so it must be sunny. The only is what makes the difference here. if there was no only it would be P-->R as there are cases where you would go to the beach even if its not sunny. So in this case, you are correct its P<->R
