if you make sqrt(x+1) as x and 1/y+3 as y the first system becomes the same as the second one
so that means (sqrt(x+1), 1/y+3) is (2, 1)
x=3, y=-2

How did you get x=3 ans y=-2 from that
you get sqrt(x+1)=2 and 1/y+3=1
