How can i deduce the soultions of the first system of equations from the second one knowing that the soultions of the second system are (2,1)

if you make sqrt(x+1) as x and 1/y+3 as y the first system becomes the same as the second one

so that means (sqrt(x+1), 1/y+3) is (2, 1)

x=3, y=-2
