I think this isn't complicated. The total distance is 150 km each way = 300 km round trip. It takes 5.5 hrs to fly round trip when it was windy. So 300 km/ 5.5 hr = 54.5 km/hr. Then it says in calm weather the speed of the airship is 55 km/hr. So the wind's speed must be 55 - 54.5 = 0.5 km/hr ?
