i dont really get the question, it means that she wants to find her birth year? cuz you said after her birth at 2003, what are we trying to find when she is born at 2003?

personally i solved it by trial and error
for example:

#

lets try for 13years of age:
2003-13=1990
1+9+9+0=19
19 is not 13 so the answer is not 13

however if her age is a huge number we have to come up with a equation otherwise it will take too long
