first i turned 2/7 into a decimal (.28) then tried to divide by 1.5 (moved decimals) and ended up with this? am i missing a step?

you can simply convert 1.5 into fractional form which is , 15/10

so instead of turning 2/7 into a decimal i should have turned 1.5 into a fraction? @lament narwhal
