try bringing up the denominator which gives u (R +h)^-2 then expand this baed on (1 + x)^n expansion

this is smth that came to mind

the formula (1 + x)^n is special since it is only used with - powers

#

otherwise if the power is +, then u will use the typical (a+b)^n expansion

#

not sure if my method is right tho
