What do you mean by "relations"? The sign of the discriminant tells you how many real zeroes the quadratic has.
Well what i know is
If Delta > 0, then there are two real solutions.
If Delta = 0, then the two real solutions have the same value.
If Delta < 0, then the solution is imaginary.
Yup. I don't think there's much else to know.

if D>0 its gonna intercept the x axis at tow points of f(x)=0
If D<0 then There will be absoultely no intercepts on the X axis and the graph may be pward and downward
if D=0 then graph just going to touch for f(x)=0
