Try finding distances between points and maybe some angles too

#

Then use geometry and stuff to deduce more distances and lengths etc

#

For example you know the distance between centers of adjacent circles is the sum of their radii , and the angles of equilateral triangles are 60 degrees or pi/3.

yea i get how to find one side using trig and stuff, but how that still doesn't help me answer the question fully.

If you were able to find WY, then the rest would be easy!

#

The perimeter of triangle WXY is 3 times WY because it is an equilateral triangle

#

And using the fact that the distance between centers of adjacent circles is 6, you can easily find the other other perimeters.
