Are the equations supposed to be part of the assignment? In either case, those are incomplete questions.

It seems like its asking you write equation of a circle, if you know that equation of a circle with radius r, whose center is (a,b) can be expressed as following:
$$ (x-a)^2 + (y-b)^2 = r^2$$

Center being at the origin means, (a,b) = (0,0).

And reminder that a point of the circle will in fact satisfy the equation (not talking of the center, im talking about A POINT which circle crosses.)
