It will help you answer, did they tell you wear 0 degrees starts for True Bearings?

For Q1, N is 0 degrees and we move clockwise when talking about “true bearings”. If N is 0 degrees, then S is 180 degrees. When we talk about true bearings, they want to know what is the angle from N to the line of interest (line AB).
