Im in highschool 10th grade and im studying linear algerbra i jsut finished self studying calculus. I am currently in geometry my school cant do anything for me to actual learn anything in math. Is there any op[tions outside of school that will give me colledge credit maby after hours. Weekends?

You should talk to a counselor/advisor and see if you can set up taking college classes. in some cases you can test out of your math classes and take dualcredit courses, which usually are held at your local community college.

If you're planning to study math at university, all of the departments I've seen simply let you take whatever math courses you can handle. So if you learn all of the first and second year stuff, you can just start with the third year stuff.

This doesn't apply if you're trying to study something like medicine or economics and you need math courses as pre-requisites. In those cases, you need to chase down something more official, like AP exams.

Pre covid, you could just show up to a university math class and just walk in. Maybe you still can.
