I don't think you can split this into three separate integrals. Two of them need to stay nested
Can you write a polar equation for the circle in the xy plane that you drew at the top?
Oh, you even have theta in one of your bounds, but theta isn't allowed to exist outside of the integral that defines theta
Oh, and the r in the bounds of the last integral need to be inside of the integral that defines r
