Do you know what function transformations are?
If no, revise/study that.
- (x-11)^3 basically implies that function has been shifted 11 units to the RIGHT.
- 1/9 times (x-11)^3 basically means the function has been squished by a factor of 9. Which means the outputs of the function (x-11)^3 have been divided by 9.
- All of that +23 means the function has been shifted up by 23 units in the y axis. Output+23.
I think you can get the O and E part on your own.
What the graph should look like:
Red -> Basic Function
Blue -> Transformed Function
