I don't remember anything about the equations for Poisson processes, but just looking at the algebra, I don't see how you can justify the equals sign near the end of the second line that connects a probability with a given to the next probability that doesn't have a given

I know that you used the condition on the right but the probability that Ns(3)=25 is not the same as P(Ns(3)=25|N(3)=30), which is what you started with at the very top
