For 9, 4/3 would opposite / adjacent for the reference angle. Then remember your Trig identities

#

same thing for 10 and 11

#

From google - ""SOHCAHTOA" is a helpful mnemonic for remembering the definitions of the trigonometric functions sine, cosine, and tangent i.e., sine equals opposite over hypotenuse, cosine equals adjacent over hypotenuse, and tangent equals opposite over adjacent"

#

your hypotenuse side will always be the side opposite the right angle denoted by the square

#

hope that helps

but how do I find out what its equal to?

Its multiple choice

am I supposed to solve what the angel of c is equal to and then do something with 4/3?

#

you chose which choice is equal to the given reference angle

You don't need to solve to find C
You can look at 4 and 3 in relation to the reference angle
For question 1, the side opposite C has length 4, and the side adjacent to C has length 3. Therefore, 4/3 is opposite/adjacent = tanC. You can repeat this method for other questions
