I think you just have to expand the absolute values of the inequality and then combine intervals for a solution
Is that what you tried?
So for example for |z-2| you would remove the absolute value sign and then say it's <= the opposite of the other side of the inequality, then move the terms around and keep doing that
Oh wait but it's complex numbers...
Idk how to solve then
