What I’m saying is should you write everything out in ur head. I’ve noticed ppl on YouTube like to show all of their work but it ends up being a lot of writing.

I only write down the stuff that I'm not solid enough with yet or the main topic we're learning in class. Sometimes they end up being the same thing, other times not.
If you're teaching somebody how to do something, I would say it's better to write out more steps. It makes it easier for the learner to actually see everything you're talking about and how you got there.
