14 x 2 - 3 + 2 x 2. I gave an example, Help me with MDAS Pls 😦

MDAS (Multiplication,Division,Addition, and Subtraction) Should go in this order: M/D goes first, A/S comes last. In this case:

=14 * 2 - 3 + 2 * 2
=28 - 3 + 4
=29

I use PEDMAS

(parentheses, exponents, mult, div, add,sub)

mult/div and add/sub should be together though

those are left to right

so when you see a problem, look for parentheses

for example (1 + 2) * 3^2 + 18 * 8 / 2

we see the parens, and we know to do those first

so now its 3 * 3^2 + 18 * 8 / 2

^2 is an exponent, so we do that next

3^2 = 3 * 3 = 9

so 3 * 9 + 18 * 8 / 2

now its all mult/div and add/sub

do all the mult/div first left to right

27 + 18 * 8 / 2

27 + 144 / 2

27 + 72
