f'(2) = 60
differentiate f'(x) = x^2 * f(x) by product rule
f''(x) = 2x * f(x) + x^2 * f'(x)
f''(2) = 2(2) * f(2) + 2^2 * f'(2)
f''(2) = 4 * 15 + 4 * 60
f''(2) = 60 + 240 = 300
