secondly, like stacy said, take a damn break, you've probably been overworking yourself for hours. everybody has absolutely limitless potential, and i do mean that, sincerely. but that's only achieved when you are emotionally and mentally well adjusted. beating yourself up over this, and constantly working, will just ruin the way you study and learn and generally think. your body is not superhuman. you need to keep your own morale up to get your crew to keep running the ship smoothly, so yeah, treat yourself to strawberries or a nice break to go play guitar, or stuff like that

thirdly, nothing in life is important enough to singlehandedly knock down all of your remaining options and ensure you live destitute and unsuccessful and unhappy. there are always alternatives to everything, even if you don't see them yet, and you will be fine. humans have a tendency to adapt and bounce back, so don't worry about just never being able to do anything because you might suck at maths rn

there are many dimensions to paper/report writing. you probably already have certain strengths and weaknesses and you need to identify what those are first of all. in any case, general advice probably wont do much. instead you should seek rigorous, honest feedback from people with experience (not just people who have technical mastery of your domain but who have also spent many years communicating with people in your domain).

we all make certain premature assumptions about our audience and how they will engage with our work. one of your goals should be to identify those assumptions and either justify them or reject them in favor of weaker ones
