Hey, I hope you guys don't mind me asking this here.. I'm not very smart and I'm having trouble finding places to ask, and I think you guys have to be pretty clever here..

I'm 26 and was "homeschooled" my entire life, but my parents didn't actually educate me. Reading the regulations, I get the impression that my school district was in charge of overseeing that I am getting a proper education, and the fact they sent a letter and never got a reply, but did NOTHING...they failed to fulfill that responsibility.
