rope gun not working

it shots and connects ziplines and it also reloads only issue is when i try to use it, it just hops on the rope and doesn't move me at all ?

You seem to be using mods.
Please disable your mods and try again.

If the issue is fixed by disabling mods you can ask for help in #modding
