Normally when I see people ask for new enemy mods it tends to usually be something particularly unrealistic or unfeasible, but this actually look quite doable within our currentframe work of knowledge.
Something this could be a variant of the fingers with some somewhat varied behaviors and stats. Using the existing framework for fingers while still tricky is alot more doable then something like an entirely new mutant with new behaviors.
