Holding E to pick up the rebreather removes your backpack.

when I picked up the rebreather by holding E my backpack got taken off and got deleted, it was on the floor below me than it just dissapeared, I can no longer get it back. I tried dying and it wasn't there either. Please help

sane thing happened to me idk what to do

im pissed i took the rebreather and then i couldnt open my backpack anymore even tho i was able to cook things which i had before
