Opening the quick inventory (backpack) and choosing something forces Virginia's held gun to sometimes teleport back into your inventory. Which may also happen when she has her tracker and no gun. Unsure about it. But gun happens often with me.

Another bug as well. Can't change the gps tracker icon when placing it. Always defaults to the Radio icon.

Similar issue, but now she wont even take a weapon, it just teleports back to my inventory. So I decided to use them and when I equip attachments they disappear.

SAME! I went and got 3 shotguns due to virginia losing her shotgun after i collect a new one for myself 3 different times it's very frusttratiing
