Me and my friends used to join VC and groovy to it to listen to game soun tracks while we playing warzone, we used to do it every weeknd... we chose groovy over other bots because bots like rythm asked us to literally pay for seeking or fast forwarding track and noticed that rythms audio bitrate is kinda low too.

groovy was having cool features and its sound quality was OP too.

It’s been so long my friend, groovy has been the life blood of all the servers i have been in. providing music to listen to in the background when chilling with friends and for the all nighters coming up to project deadlines. I will miss the time where i can just rickroll bomb massive vc's and the time where i can just relax to whatever i decide to put on.

Goodbye groovy... I had so many good times and moments with this bot and my friends. sorry to see you go. Everyone will miss you

Groovy. . . He, he was a great man. He made me laugh, he made my cry, he help me troll and he just helped me in general with my rapidly increasing depression. . . When I heard that he was going away, I felt. . . Heartbroken. . . It felt like I had just lost a great friend that day and that our times together had ended. But. Like my late great grandmother once said “don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.” So thank groovy for bring joy into everyone’s lives. I’m a sailor with the US Coast Guard. Unfortunately when groovy shutdown, I was underway on a patrol, and only heard about it through an email from a family member. Since that was our only way of communication while out at sea. Groovy helped me discover a lot of music that I would download and take with me on those long patrols, and I honestly don’t think I would have come back with my sanity intact if I wasn’t for some of the music I had found. It was unfair the way it had to end and I still feel upset about it. But as the saying goes, ‘it was nice while it lasted’ so thank you, to the developers, the admins, and the moderators, Who helped shaped mine, and countless other user’s experience on discord. ~ @tawdry bison

I wish didn’t Groovy shut down. It always helped me through my hard times including the times where I was grieving the loss of two loved ones it was always there whenever I was going through hard times with my friends without Groovy terms have been rough I just went through a break up yesterday and I’m struggling to get a smile I miss Groovy and thank you Groovy for helping me through all the hard times.

When i first made a discord acct before (this is my 2nd acct i forgot password of the previous acct so ...) I used groovy a lot , it was like my music buddy side-kick . It made me listen to various songs .. from what other people played.. i used to stay for hours listening to everyones choice of songs.. it really helped me get along with diffrent people .. rest in peace my friend. 😔
