Add a sort which allows the user to filter to flips between x amount of profit.

ig that should of been the suggestion not just range
i meant i wanna be able to see how many of a certain range of profit flips there r like i could sort by 1-8m and it could just display the count of that

Sure, adding filtering by profit range is not a big deal. Any other filters that people would likely want? Finders?
