Would you rather I return the mayor that won in the election that just ended, or to return nothing, which seems more accurate to me. In that case the filter would just be not true for the time being.

Basically there is a period between elections (I think 1 day or so) what should the filter do in that time as there is no "next mayor" as the next election didnt start yet.
So if you have the filter "next mayor: derpy" and currently some other mayor is active but derpy leads in the currect election, the filter would be true.
But what should the filter do while the election is closed and the other mayor is still active?
Basically: I am not 100 percent sure how it works ingame as I only regulary look at the api. Who is the active mayor in the time between elections where you cant vote?
