Multiple minprof and maxcost sets

Potentially add the ability to create multiple sets of minprof+maxcost instead of having just a single of each

would allow people to set a maxcost for one set at a lower price with a lower minprofit to match it, while also creating another set at much higher profit and maxcost

i meant say something like be able to /cofl set minprofit1/maxcost1 followed by a number, and then /cofl set minprofit2/maxcost2 and it gives 2 different maxcosts tied to respective minprofits

so depending on the different maxcosts you can set a minprofit for each different one

you can do /cofl bl add minprofit=1m maxcost=22m or other numbers
