Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
what is your question?
@toxic hearth do you know what Euclidean distance is
Tip: ** is the exponent operator. Raising a number to the power of .5 gives you its square root.
a ** b
Yeah first Iβd like to see that the know the distance formula to even understand why that would be useful
Though the sqrt function is implemented in the math module, too, as is a dist function.
There's also a neat trick with complex and abs.
Judging by the problem listed before finding the distance I would guess they arenβt supposed to use the math library, and Iβm guessing they may not know what Euclidean distance is in the first place
Just pointing out that they are there, in case they choose to learn from them.
