getBoundingClientRect returns 0,0 when its clearly not 0
i will be using Pillow to determine the bounds of the relevant parts of the background image
but to do that i need the computed positions of the elements
using selenium it returns 0,0 for most elements, which is confusing
i check on my browser and it returns 0,0 also

i might be very wrong, but it might refer to the parent of the elements position

instead of the entire page
