use forward slashes, not back slashes

^ second, if you're in wsl, you need to use a wsl path, not windows

so instead of C:\... use /mnt/c/...

You can use subprocess.check_output(["wslpath", "-u", r"C:\Users\You\whw"]) to convert a path to unix
